ClaimStake

Terms

Effective October 2026. ClaimStake is published by Biancamano Ventures LTD. By using the app you agree to these terms.

01

What ClaimStake does

It takes your description of a name or an invention, gives an assessment of it, and generates a draft trademark or provisional patent application, with patent drawings, from your words.

02

Not a law firm

We are not lawyers or patent agents. Nothing in the app is legal advice, a legal opinion or a clearance opinion. Using it creates no attorney and client relationship, and nothing you type is privileged.

03

You file, and you are responsible

ClaimStake never signs, submits or files anything. You file in your own name, sign the application, and are responsible for it being accurate, complete and honest.

04

The output is written by AI

Every word of the assessment and draft, and every drawing, is generated by an AI model and can be wrong or incomplete. Read it line by line, check every drawing against your description, and never file anything you do not understand.

05

What a result does not tell you

ClaimStake does not query the USPTO database. It cannot see unregistered rights, state registrations, marks used only abroad, or unpublished patent applications. A clear result is not a clearance opinion.

06

Your content is yours

You keep every right in what you type and what ClaimStake drafts from it. We do not use what you type to train any model.

07

Payment

All purchases are made through Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple. USPTO fees are separate and paid by you.

08

Acceptable use

Do not use ClaimStake to prepare a filing you know to be false, to claim work that is not yours, or to resell its output as a legal service.

09

No warranty and limits

ClaimStake is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. We are not liable for lost rights, missed deadlines or indirect losses.
