Last updated October 2026. This policy covers the ClaimStake iPhone app, made by Biancamano Ventures LTD. It is short because the app does very little with your information.
ClaimStake has no sign up, no login and no user profile. We do not know who you are and cannot connect anything you type to you as a person.
Every search, draft and drawing is saved on your own device and nowhere else. Delete the app, or tap Delete everything on this phone on the You screen, and it is gone.
To produce a result, the text you enter is sent to our server, which passes it to an AI model run by Anthropic. Our server keeps it only until your result is delivered, then deletes it. Anthropic processes it under commercial terms that do not allow training on it, and may keep it for a limited time for safety monitoring.
If you choose Use my photo as it is, the photo is converted to line art on your phone and never uploaded. If you choose Trace it into a patent drawing, that one photo is sent to our server and on to Anthropic to produce the drawing, then deleted from our server as soon as the drawing is delivered. It is never used for anything else.
No analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no data brokers, and no sale or sharing of your information.
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your card, billing address or Apple Account.
If you write to us through the support page, we receive the name, email and message you send, use them only to answer you, and delete them once the conversation is done.
ClaimStake is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
